Strategic Communications for the New Ferrovial
In October 2009 Ferrovial, the leading infrastructure company, merged with Cintra. The new company changed its logo and brand, named a new CEO, and reinvented itself with a new corporate strategy. In December, the new Ferrovial started its listing in the Madrid stock market. Ferrovial created a strategic communications plan including internal and external communications, messaging, media relations, etc, to persuade on the merger.
