Communicating with Internal Stakeholders in Times of Crisis
In the wake of collapse of the Icelandic Financial system, Íslandsbanki faced a huge challenge in building up trust and confidence among its external and internal stakeholders. The Bank's management decided to involve all employees in rebuilding the bank. From the start, the interaction between internal communications and employee ngagement has played a key role in the success of this work which is an ongoing task at Íslandsbanki.
