Manuel Ferreira is Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Omneon, Inc., a leading worldwide provider of Video Server and Media Storage Server technology. Mr Ferreira's career spans over 20 years in various roles in the technology industry. His background includes technical service/support roles for Sun Microsystems, MIPS and SGI. He transitioned into sales in 1996 with SGI, responsible for the Media market. He and the team were responsible for building the European broadcast division. This group managed to grow the business Year-over-Year, despite the balance of the company's revenues declining. Mr Ferreira joined Omneon in 2006, and has consistently demonstrated the ability to overachieve relative to his annual goals.
