Kossara Marchinkova
Head of Communications, Enel
Kossara Marchinkova is an experienced Communications, HR and CSR professional. She is the current Head of Communications at Enel in Bulgaria, a position held since March of 2005. Her responsibilities include all external relations of the company in Bulgaria, as well as Internal Communications, CSR, Media Relations, Institutional Affairs, Advertising, etc. Before joining Enel, Marchinkova most recently worked at TravelStoreMaker as their HR Manager and as an Adjunct Professor in Psychology at American University in Bulgaria. Marchinkova has a Post graduate diploma in Humanistic Existential Psychotherapy from the Media University of Sofia/ Istituto di Psicologia Umanistica ed Existenziale. She also has a M.Sc in Psychology from the Auburn University at Montgomery, a Diploma in Personnel Management from Snelling University, and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications/Politics and International Relations from American University in Bulgaria.
