The safety and health of all employees, customers, partners and guests is a top priority for Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH. We take the developments around the coronavirus (Covid-19) very seriously: We are therefore in constant and close contact with the responsible health authorities. Recommendations and instructions from the authorities are implemented.

1. What are the safety measures at our events?
In general, we offer the highest possible standard of hygiene measures at our events. Quadriga will increase cleaning measures for heavily frequented areas (entrances, door handles, elevator, etc.). For example, additional disinfectant dispensers will be set up in all our conference rooms and areas.
A task force reassesses the current situation daily, a close exchange with the health authorities is maintained and possible measures are planned and implemented accordingly.
2. Are the events still taking place?
All Quadriga Media Berlin GmbH events are still taking place and the organization are running as planned. Should this assessment change, we will communicate this immediately.
3. Can I modify my registration to an event or a seminar?
Rebooking: we offer to our customers who purchased one of our products to exchange it with another products taking place in 2020. This rebooking will be fee-free instead of our usual 150 euros fee for rebooking.
Possibility to transfer the booking to a colleague: we also offer the option to change the name of the participant without any fee if you are not able to attend the event.
